Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Align with top management to define and execute operational strategies specific to Serbia.
•Oversee the operational setup and ensure projects are managed within agreed timelines.
•Build and lead the local team, collaborating with HR on recruitment and retention strategies tailored to Serbia and adapt HR processes to local regulatory environment.
•Develop a company culture that encourages outstanding performance and high morale and establish the Serbian studio as a premier workplace in the region.
•Direct daily operations post-setup, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning and facilitate synergy between the Serbian studio and other Live Casino locations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
•Minimum 10 years of people management experience, including leadership of 500+ employees.
•Experience managing business verticals and multicultural/international teams is a strong advantage.
•Extensive experience in operations management with leadership responsibility and a proven track record in establishing, scaling, and managing operations.
•Prior experience in the iGaming industry or similarly fast-paced/regulatory industries is highly preferred; strong knowledge of Serbian regulatory frameworks.
