Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with suppliers to mature and support their carbon reduction ambitions under Pandora’s Climate Supplier Engagement Program.
  • •Develop and implement the Climate Supplier Engagement Program (SEP), including science-based supply chain climate goals.
  • •Manage supplier data collection and approvals, and deliver accurate carbon data and reporting to local and global teams.
  • •Assess suppliers for compliance, conduct supply chain risk assessment, and implement corrective actions and supplier development programs.
  • •Initiate and manage strategic projects and provide supplier training and best-practice sharing to improve performance and resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in supplier management or purchasing management.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement activities.
  • •Experience managing performance improvements across multiple suppliers, including direct supplier work.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, BI tools, and data analytics tools; professional proficiency in English and Thai.
