•MUST BE US Citizen or Green Card holder.
•Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
•Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience (or 10 years in lieu of education).
•Preferred certifications include OSHA 30, CCM, or PMP.
•Proven experience implementing and monitoring construction projects with QA/QC plans and/or contractor site safety plans.
