Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard new datasets into the Enterprise Knowledge Graph by gathering requirements, performing data modeling, implementing pipelines, validating outputs, and rolling into production.
  • •Design and build scalable, automated Python data ingestion and transformation pipelines running on Kubernetes/Kyma to integrate diverse SAP data sources.
  • •Orchestrate complex multi-step workflows across the platform by coordinating dependencies, monitoring pipeline health, and ensuring data quality and consistency at scale.
  • •Guide internal SAP teams as a technical consultant by translating business data requirements into semantic models and building repeatable onboarding patterns.
  • •Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and playbooks to enable scalable, self-service onboarding, and help grow a consulting practice around EKG data onboarding and service provisioning.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data engineering focused on data pipelines or data platform integration.
  • •Strong Python skills with hands-on experience building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines and workflows.
  • •Experience orchestrating multi-step data workflows with attention to pipeline health, dependencies, and data quality/consistency.
  • •Ability to model data using ontologies or UML object models.
