Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the preparation, review, and distribution of project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence.
  • •Maintain project records, logs, and documentation to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility.
  • •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and project updates.
  • •Manage project submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and change orders while ensuring timely responses and proper tracking.
  • •Review design drawings, specifications, and technical documents to identify discrepancies, conflicts, and potential issues.
