Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal services to adidas Korea, including counselling, contract review, drafting and negotiation, structuring of transactions, and legal risk assessment/dispute avoidance.
  • •Liaise with business partners to support legal matters, including advising on strategy development and key decisions.
  • •Provide legal guidance for business plans and ensure implementation aligns with legal and regulatory objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree (LL.B.).
  • •5-8 years of law firm or legal department experience in Korea in general corporate, e-commerce, privacy, and transactional/commercial law.
  • •Experience with multinational companies in Korea preferred.
  • •Strong background in contract law, drafting and negotiation, and business counselling.
  • •Ability to work independently and manage/prioritize a substantial and diverse workload.
