Job Summary

Lead and expand a multidisciplinary architecture team in India, delivering planning, design and consultancy services for UK-based projects. Drive strategic direction, operational efficiency and growth, serve as the primary interface with senior stakeholders, ensure project outcomes align with client and organizational objectives, and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment across our Architecture unit.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary Architecture team; set and drive the strategic goals of the unit.
•Oversee planning and delivery of architecture projects from concept to completion, ensuring time, quality and budget adherence.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project parameters and objectives, maintaining a strong client focus.
•Provide high-level technical oversight and direction, staying abreast of industry standards and regulatory changes in UK architecture.
•Foster a collaborative, accountable, high-performance environment and optimize resource management and budgets.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex architectural projects and multidisciplinary teams in a consultancy setting.
•Strong understanding of UK architectural frameworks, standards, and best practices, with experience in UK-based projects.
•Ability to set and drive strategic unit goals, including resource management, succession planning and staff development.
•Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and project management methodologies, with a focus on innovation in infrastructure design and consulting.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting strategic updates to senior leadership.
