Head of SOX and Internal Controls

Lead and strengthen Coinbase’s global SOX control environment within the Accounting organization, owning the enterprise-wide SOX business process control framework. Drive annual SOX risk assessments, materiality determinations, and the design and implementation of key and non-key controls across finance and critical operational processes. Partner across multiple functions to embed controls, remediate deficiencies with Internal Audit and external auditors, and build scalable automation and continuous monitoring.
