Job Summary

Lead product strategy and a multi-year roadmap for an enterprise Data Platforms portfolio powering Adobe’s AI and agentic future. Own vision and measurable outcomes across data collection, governance, telemetry, lakehouse layers, analytics, AI/ML enablement, agentic workflows, and agent-ready, governed data access with safety mechanisms. Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to build prototypes, drive adoption across the enterprise, and lead and develop a high-performing product management team.

•Craft and champion the long-term product vision and strategy for Adobe’s Data Platforms.
•Own a multi-year roadmap to improve reuse, velocity, trust, and leverage across the enterprise.
•Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to define direction, build prototypes, and ensure scalable technical design.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate adoption and create enterprise value.
•Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management team while defining agentic software engineering capabilities and agent-ready governed data access layers with AI safety mechanisms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,400 - 397,250 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years managing products in cloud-native data platforms, AI/ML platforms, analytics, or agentic AI systems, with deep exposure to modern lakehouse architectures like Databricks on Azure and AWS (or equivalent).
•Hands-on expertise in modern data platform use cases, data engineering, AI development, real-time systems, and agentic practices.
•Proven experience with AI data governance including catalogs, ontologies, lineage, access control, and responsible AI safety frameworks.
•Strong understanding of platform architecture including telemetry, pipelines, observability, metadata, experimentation, agent orchestration, scalable multi-cloud infrastructure, and responsible AI principles.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (advanced technical education is a plus).
