Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop performance test tools, frameworks, and automation.
  • •Design and execute performance test plans to validate system performance and stability.
  • •Analyze test results and system metrics (resource utilization, configuration, etc.) to identify issues and recommend improvements for performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability.
  • •Work with developers and SDET stakeholders to fix performance issues.
  • •Conduct tests with complex workloads and data shapes, validate failover/recovery scenarios, and prepare performance reports with observations and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •1.6-4 years of work experience in performance testing and analysis for large-scale distributed web applications in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure).
  • •Strong hands-on coding ability in at least one programming language to work independently.
  • •Strong experience with open-source performance testing tools and frameworks (JMeter preferred).
  • •Good understanding of distributed systems, computer architecture, and operating systems, including analyzing CPU/memory/network/GC and DB parameters; experience with SQL and/or NoSQL and container technologies (Docker or Kubernetes).
