Senior Accounting Manager

Own the financial accounting for Roc Nation and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate monthly closes and supporting monthly/quarterly/annual reporting. Manage and review senior accountants’ work, oversee revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations, AP invoice and payroll approvals, and local tax filings. Lead financial analysis review meetings, support variance analysis and forecasting, and assist with internal/external audits while ensuring GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
