Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a resource to identify and resolve complex client servicing issues in the branch.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and appropriately transition clients to a Banker.
  • •Provide teller functions with coaching for efficiency and accuracy in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations including scheduling, coaching, and ensuring compliance with operational/regulatory procedures.
  • •Balance cash drawer within guidelines, follow compliance/audit/security procedures, and promote products/services to clients.

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experienced cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and organize multiple tasks (required).
