•Lead and own portfolio of future-state, scaled, secure technology solutions aligned with global standards and business objectives
•Lead strategy, architecture, design and development of modern Commerce, CPQ platforms
•Define and deliver high-performance, always-on platforms powering core business applications with cloud-native, web and backend technologies
•Drive AI/ML-driven transformation of workflows and experiences with an AI-first mindset in a matrixed environment
•Shape global architecture and security standards for autonomous multi-agent frameworks (CrewAI, LangGraph) to ensure secure, deterministic execution

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 284,400 - 423,475 annually

•15+ years of experience leading world‑class product and engineering teams at global scale
•Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams
•Strong understanding of Commerce, CPQ, Marketing platforms design and development
•Deep expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with microservices
•Hands-on design and build of autonomous multi‑agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph) and scalable agentic platforms, including RAG architectures and LLMs
