Sr. Service HVAC Technician - Applied- Ashland, VA

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for commercial HVAC customers across a defined market. You’ll commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems on-site, using air conditioning theory, pipe fitting knowledge, and blueprints/specifications. Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to forecast issues and synchronize work. Ensure safety standards, maintain equipment accountability, and mentor team members while supporting occasional overtime and overnight stays.
