Job Function: Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain core data systems across Growth, Revenue, and Operations (reporting, CRM/HubSpot, analytics infrastructure).
•Monitor and optimize operational analytics by tracking SLAs across onboarding, support, and billing.
•Develop and improve data pipelines and data quality controls to support scalable workflows and decision-making.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the founders to translate business needs into analyzable metrics and dashboards.
•Automate manual processes and workflows to reduce manual reporting and enable faster responses to business questions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in a highly analytical field (e.g., computer science, data science, statistics, applied mathematics)
•1–3 years of professional experience in data, analytics, or systems roles
•Strong SQL proficiency and experience with programming languages for data work (e.g., Python, R, Java, Scala)
•Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with financial data
•Familiarity with modern data engineering tools such as dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS or Azure
