Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, hire, and develop a team of high-performing software developers while building an inclusive, ownership-driven engineering culture.
  • •Drive delivery planning and execution across quarterly and multi-quarter initiatives with clear LOE-backed plans and success measures.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Program, Architecture, Design, and other engineering teams to translate business goals into technical execution plans and manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
  • •Provide hands-on technical guidance for applications and services built with JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, databases, AWS, and serverless technologies; participate in architecture/design/code reviews.
  • •Own key platform initiatives including migration and evolution of the account portal on Experience Builder and experimentation/personalization capabilities (feature flagging, A/B testing, identity/session handling, and AI-assisted conversational flows).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on production delivery and modern web application development.
  • •2-4 years of experience in engineering leadership/people management or technical team leadership.
  • •Strong hands-on background in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Express (or similar modern web development).
  • •Experience with databases, AWS cloud services, and exposure to serverless architectures.
  • •Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins and Argo CD, plus strong software design and review practices.
