Act as the technical bridge between sales and pre-sales customers, guiding the selection and deployment of Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions. Influence customer security strategy, deliver engaging demonstrations, train partners, and collaborate with product teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge, ensuring a smooth customer journey and strong post-sale outcomes across UAE.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the technical advisor to customers and sales, delivering clear, engaging technical demonstrations and translating customer needs into Value-driven solutions
•Collaborate with regional/global product managers and product marketing to obtain the latest product/technology knowledge and communicate it to the sales team
•Educate and train partners and channel participants to enhance customer engagement and solution sales
•Engage with ecosystem partners (SOC services, CSPs, MSSPs) to understand and leverage cybersecurity partnerships
•Develop and present solutions that address customer problems and influence the customer’s technical strategy

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of presales experience delivering high-quality solutions for customers
•Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, cloud-native security, SASE, CASB, and Zero Trust
•Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS services is advantageous
•Exposure to security software solutions (firewall, content security, intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage) is advantageous
•Excellent written and spoken English with a strong interest in cybersecurity and customer security
