  • •Discover and clarify meaningful user problems in the Connectors Experience with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Define success criteria and scope before build starts, rather than only executing a fixed spec.
  • •Prototype, build, harden, ship, and iterate on product improvements end-to-end, owning complex features.
  • •Use AI tools to accelerate drafting and iteration while maintaining quality, and review AI/peer output for UX, maintainability, and architectural fit.
  • •Participate in an on-call rotation and 3rd level escalation support to ensure system objectives are met.
