Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead post-sale technical delivery and account strategy for Databricks workloads across major accounts, aligning with sales and field engineering.
  • •Coordinate with Shared Services, Education, Onboarding and Support to onboard, enable and ensure successful production adoption of workloads.
  • •Develop and communicate a plan for production-ready executions, including timelines and stakeholder responsibilities across customer teams.
  • •Serve as the primary technical contact for production/go-live issues and escalations within accounts, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Provide KPI updates and governance to Technical GM on usage, health, risks, and product adoption across use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience accountable for technical project / program delivery within the domain of Data and AI
  • •Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
  • •Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
  • •Understanding of solution architecture related distributed data systems
  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
