Job Summary

Engineering Technician role to support bring-up, debug, and sustainment of AI data center servers and GPU compute platforms. Works closely with hardware, systems, and infrastructure engineering teams to enable reliable, high-performance AI compute at scale. On-site, lab-based role in the Austin, TX engineering lab, with exposure to cutting-edge AI and GPU data center technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and maintain AI servers, GPU platforms, and related infrastructure
•Perform system bring-up, debug, and validation of server hardware, GPUs, and interconnects
•Execute hardware modifications, including cable routing, installation of GPUs, NICs, memory, storage, and accelerators
•Test point installation, probing, and signal measurements; diagnose power, thermal, and cooling issues
•Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and test results; support lab and data center operations, including rack builds, rework, and audits

Key Requirements

•Associate degree or trade education certification in Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•Hands-on hardware skills with lab or data center environments
•Ability to troubleshoot server and GPU issues under tight schedules
•Familiarity with Linux-based systems and basic command-line diagnostics
•Strong written and verbal communication and documentation discipline
