Key Responsibilities

  • •Build Desktop Intercept: a native Windows driver and app that replaces audio in real time and (in later phases) reads the DOM to drive Computer Use.
  • •Develop the audio routing and user-space components, including the audio router, DOM scraper, and MCP server.
  • •Implement the desktop-to-cloud path onto the event bus (NATS-class, WebSocket) within a sub-300ms latency budget.
  • •Own high-efficiency event-driven distributed platform integration for voice/desktop/intelligence/AI capabilities.
  • •Drive startup-style delivery with 1-week sprints and Friday demos, demonstrating and shipping working ideas quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years systems / native development; shipped a Windows desktop agent at real scale (>10k seats) with audio.
  • •Strong C/C++ (mandatory) and strong Go for the service side (mandatory).
  • •Comfortable building and interacting with drivers, including virtual audio devices and WASAPI/Core Audio, plus kernel-adjacent hooks.
  • •Real-time audio pipeline experience under a sub-300ms budget, including buffering, resampling, drift, and glitch-free capture/playback.
  • •Experience with high-efficiency systems end-to-end (event-driven architecture, pub/sub, WebSocket streaming) and native-layer concurrency concepts (state, race conditions, locking).
