Job Summary

Create and maintain CAD documentation for integrated audio-visual customer projects, ensuring drawings are accurate and delivered on time. Coordinate with design and project engineering teams, research components, and provide daily customer-facing support. You’ll also calibrate and use equipment, assist with projector/screen support structure installations, operate printers/plotters, and support rack and field wiring documentation using labeling software.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and generate drawings for integrated AVI-SPL customer projects.
•Coordinate with design and engineering teams to complete drawings accurately and timely.
•Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers daily.
•Research components to create accurate depictions and contribute to job documentation.
•Assist with projector and screen support structure installations and operate office printers/plotters.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with AutoDesk AutoCAD.
•Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
•Knowledge of signal flow for audio, video and control systems.
•Understanding of site surveys.
•1+ year CAD experience (preferred) and 1+ year customer interaction experience (preferred).
