Store Manager

Lead end-to-end store operations while driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ensure retail staff deliver excellent customer service, follow store operating procedures and brand policies, and maintain visual merchandising standards. Manage stockrooms to minimize stock loss, audit store administration weekly, and supervise daily rosters, leave, and grievances. Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales and provide feedback to area and operations management.
