Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the monthly planning cycle for all sites and network planning to ensure finished goods supply and inventory plans meet customer satisfaction and working capital goals.
  • •Partner with the SBG COE team as an SME to drive standard processes and ensure adherence to Honeywell’s Global Design Model for supply/inventory planning, including full utilization of Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • •Attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve supply plans and present plans, risks, and mitigating actions to business leadership in reconciliation and executive meetings.
  • •Translate business objectives into deliverable strategy to support business goals and create competitive advantage across the product portfolio.
  • •Support team development through training, coaching, and mentoring; drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma techniques and improve performance across KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
  • •Advanced English proficiency.
  • •6+ years of experience in Demand Planning/Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or related areas.
  • •Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g., RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
