Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and telephone support for client questions.
  • •Complete title/registration applications, recovery affidavits, and track transactions across all 51 U.S. jurisdictions.
  • •Input new title requests into the title inventory system and call the DMV daily for updates.
  • •Review titles and related documents to determine required actions for good negotiable titles and communicate changes to the Title Supervisor and Manager.
  • •Prepare and distribute title invoices, post title information to remarketing units, and maintain records and files for title processing documentation.
