Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and apply customer data to understand, question, and improve user experiences.
  • •Conduct user research (surveys, interviews) to identify customer pain points, goals, usability concerns, and inform product requirements.
  • •Propose targeted solutions and collaborate with Engineering to design new products with customized visuals and interactions.
  • •Create interactive data visualization tables, charts, graphs, and dashboards that show how patients interact with doctors and treatments over time.
  • •Develop data products within a B2B SaaS framework to guide commercialization teams in targeting healthcare providers and supporting product and adoption of medical devices and technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,803 - 198,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the role or related occupation.
  • •Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research (user interviews, surveys, usability testing) and synthesizing insights into product requirements.
  • •Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, data, and commercial) in an agile or iterative development environment.
  • •Experience designing data-driven user experiences for B2B SaaS platforms, including workflow-based enterprise applications.
  • •Experience creating interactive data visualizations (tables, charts, graphs, dashboards) for analytical and operational use cases.
