Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inline quality control reviews of compliance enforcement cases, work products, process steps, documentation, and decision rationale for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and procedure adherence.
  • •Evaluate enforcement execution against Visa Rules, program requirements, SOPs, quality standards, approval requirements, escalation criteria, and governance expectations.
  • •Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, documentation deficiencies, and potential operational risks; provide timely, actionable feedback to case owners and stakeholders.
  • •Track quality findings, remediation actions, recurring themes, and root causes to support trend analysis and performance reporting.
  • •Develop and maintain quality review criteria, checklists, sampling approaches, templates, and partner on calibration; support continuous improvement of enforcement workflows and controls.

Key Requirements
