Financial Controller

Own financial reporting and the in-scope general ledger across Hidden Road’s OTC entity and BVI offshore entities, including US GAAP sub-consolidations, intercompany accounting, and management reporting. Partner with the CFO, Legal, and Tax to ensure multi-jurisdiction governance, accurate eliminations, and transfer pricing support. Build and lead a small team, strengthen internal controls, and automate close and reconciliations using Python and ERP improvements.
