Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly/quarterly/annual close and prepare US GAAP financial statements, including intercompany balances and sub-consolidations.
  • •Manage intercompany transactions, design elimination policies, prepare sub-consolidation workpapers, and support transfer pricing documentation with Tax.
  • •Maintain BVI entity governance and books, coordinating with offshore counsel/registered agents and managing equity accounting and funding positions.
  • •Handle digital asset accounting using ASC 820 and ASU 2023-08, reconciling on-chain/off-chain positions and monitoring evolving guidance.
  • •Maintain internal controls and serve as the primary external audit contact; build and lead a small accounting team and partner on ERP/system enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Active CPA and 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in financial services or trading.
  • •Strong US GAAP expertise across consolidation, intercompany, equity method, and revenue recognition.
  • •Experience managing multi-entity close processes, including offshore structures.
  • •Knowledge of offshore holding structures and professional judgment for complex accounting challenges.
