Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center and plan production for full shifts.
  • •Manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency, then conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership.
  • •Run weekly site performance reviews versus targets, reporting challenges and countermeasures to Senior Reconditioning leadership.
  • •Support Continuous Improvement projects by implementing and training process changes and coaching Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Lead a team of 50+ associates with a track record of developing employees.
  • •Demonstrated root cause analysis skills to solve urgent operational challenges.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, and be at least 18 years old.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
