Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage relationships for assigned clients and stakeholders, representing Cofense as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • •Coordinate customer engagements to support onboarding, product implementation, and the full customer lifecycle.
  • •Perform risk management to minimize churn; showcase product value and ROI while developing get-well plans with the account team.
  • •Own simulated phishing defense programs and contractual requirements, including custom phishing recommendations, client-ready analytic deliverables, and managed remediation reports.
  • •Manage portfolio profitability through successful services delivery, on-time project execution, and identification of revenue expansion opportunities, traveling to client sites as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience supporting customers in a consultant, managed services, or technical account management capacity.
  • •2-4 years of experience applying analytic methodologies to cyber threat management and/or client portfolio management.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of the phishing threat landscape and the risk it presents to organizations.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and manage assigned accounts.
  • •CISSP, Security+, or PMP certification (plus) and/or information security and program management experience preferred.
