Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver one-on-one coaching to relationship managers to translate knowledge into practical sales skills and sustained performance growth.
•Train core competencies across the full sales process, including phone appointments, KYC, case solution and closing.
•Assist RM with Policy Review and analysis of Policy Review Reports to customers and support at events with pre/post-event activities.
•Support RM in analyzing client needs and designing tailored solutions, including role-playing and rehearsals for effective solution presentation and deal closing.
•Develop and execute sales strategies for INSH proprietary products, aligning product features with client needs and resources.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in insurance sales or sales force experience with insurance products
•Board-level or practical knowledge of the Insurance business in China
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
•Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
•Ability to lead, inspire and develop teams to deliver business performance and be a team player
