Clean and sanitize Tyson’s manufacturing facility during the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) following SSOP and USDA requirements. Operate high-pressure hot water rinsing, apply foam/gel cleaning chemicals, scrub with pads, and clean floors and overhead using tools like squeegees and condensation mops. Perform pre-op inspections, locate equipment deficiencies, complete Lock Out/Tag Out, and may train new or temporary team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Clean the manufacturing facility according to established standard operating procedures and time standards while meeting USDA requirements and corporate policies.
•Rinse equipment with high-pressure hot water and apply cleaning chemicals to equipment walls, ceilings, floors, and drains using foam or gel tanks.
•Scrub equipment with cleaning chemicals using a green pad; shovel meat from the floor and clean floors using a squeegee.
•Clean overhead areas by climbing ladders/steps; wipe condensation from overhead structures using a condensation mop.
•Assure sanitation quality by adhering to SSOP and USDA policies, complete pre-op/area checks, perform Lock Out/Tag Out, and may train new or temporary team members.

•Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

•Willing to work in extreme temperatures ranging from 39°F to 100°F.
•Able to perform pre-op/area checks, locate deficiencies during pre-op inspections, and follow Lock Out/Tag Out responsibilities.
