Training Coordinator, Compounding

Coordinate and manage the training program for the Compounding Lab in Gilbert, ensuring new hires and existing staff receive compliant, up-to-date instruction across all process paths. Partner with Learning, Operations, HR, and Compliance to schedule, track, and document training, support audits, and uphold GDP. Onsite role requiring strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to juggle multiple training projects.
