Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure structures and systems are built according to specifications.
  • •Perform accurate measurements and calculations and safely operate tool equipment and machinery.
  • •Select and manage materials using knowledge of material properties and ensure compliance with standards.
  • •Manage suppliers and contractors, and support planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects.
  • •Apply lean principles and maintain a strong safety culture of care throughout tool equipment construction and commissioning execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have an Associate’s Degree related to semiconductor manufacturing (electronics, electronic engineering technology, engineering, or related technical field) OR 2+ years of technical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process tool install, equipment maintenance, or military technical experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to build structures and systems to specification.
  • •Strong mathematical proficiency for accurate measurements and calculations to reduce rework.
  • •Demonstrated communication skills for asking questions, proactively sharing ideas, and clearly articulating information.
  • •Commitment to safety culture, collaboration, and time management on construction/factory work sites.
