Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Thales within international standardisation bodies (ETSI, GSMA, TCA…) and carry its positions on mobile technologies and cybersecurity.
  • •Influence standard evolutions by contributing to technical discussions and collective decisions.
  • •Analyze the impact of normative changes on products and identify risks and opportunities.
  • •Contribute to the innovation strategy by proposing new solutions and participating in patent portfolio development.
  • •Collaborate closely with R&D, Product and Business teams to align technical and market orientations.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineer degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
  • •At least 5 years of experience in mobile communication systems and telecommunications environments
  • •Experience with international standards (ETSI, GSMA) and/or standardisation
  • •Cybersecurity applied to mobile technologies
  • •Ability to work in a cross-functional environment (R&D, product, business) and influence strategic directions
