Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and analyze relevant financial data, spread financial statements, and prepare accurate credit metrics to assess creditworthiness.
  • •Model future performance, including downside scenarios, and prepare thorough credit underwriting documents identifying risks and mitigants.
  • •Manage the approval process for complex lending commitments, amendments, waivers, and consents, with monitoring and recommendations as appropriate.
  • •Review and maintain legal documentation to ensure it correctly reflects approvals, including credit agreements and collateral documentation.
  • •Monitor ongoing portfolio accounts for covenant compliance, liquidity, earnings trends, management capability, and timely risk rating updates.
