Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute test plans for secure remote access workflows and Keeper Connection Manager features.
  • •Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testing across KCM components.
  • •Validate remote access workflows using SSH, RDP, and VNC, including across OS and network/environment variations.
  • •Reproduce, document, and track defects with clear technical detail, logs, and steps to reproduce.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot and validate new integrations and deployment configurations across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software QA, QA analysis, or related testing roles.
  • •Experience testing complex enterprise software, infrastructure products, or security-sensitive applications.
  • •Strong understanding of networking and client-server communication, including protocols such as SSH, RDP, and VNC.
  • •Experience with functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing across Windows, Linux, and/or macOS environments.
  • •Experience validating authentication/authorization, session management, access controls, and encrypted communication workflows, including hands-on troubleshooting using logs and reproducible defect reporting.
