Job Summary

Oversee Cash Management and Market Operations activities by monitoring and coordinating changes to CMS enhancements, platform upgrades, and upstream systems. Make decisions affecting BAU operations, lead stakeholder calls on productivity and quality, and proactively identify, resolve, and escalate issues to protect customer satisfaction. Manage team coverage via roster adjustments, drive emergency escalation planning (BCP), and support operational governance, reporting (MI), and budgeting analysis for operational data.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and coordinate process impacts from CMS enhancements, platform upgrades, and upstream system changes; drive initiatives and update management.
•Decide on changes impacting BAU activities including chasers, escalation, reporting, compliance, and audit.
•Lead monthly and bi-monthly calls with business and stakeholders on productivity and quality issues.
•Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate problem situations to maximize customer satisfaction, especially for the Front Office.
•Drive operational coverage and emergency escalation planning (BCP), and support governance, change delivery, and operational MI/budgeting analyses.

Key Requirements

•A degree in banking, financial services, management, business administration, or with accounting exposure.
•Working knowledge of Global Markets processes and the trade lifecycle.
•Working knowledge of regulatory reporting (advantageous).
•Sound knowledge of the Nostros Funding process and CMS systems.
•Ideally 5+ years in Investment Banking Operations with exposure to Cash Management/Cash Services Operations and/or FX operations.
