Principal Learning Designer

Lead the design of high-impact, research-aligned instructional content and learning experiences. Serve as a subject matter expert in learning science and instructional design, mentor peers, and establish best practices across product, research, and engineering teams. Drive continuous improvement using data and feedback, and champion innovation in digital learning. Also represent learning design externally through advisory groups and industry convenings.
