Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor underwriting and broker performance data and track monthly submissions, quotes, binds, lost accounts and broker growth to drive actions with CDM and UW teams.
  • •Engage with Broker Statement of Work, Rank data, pipeline and opportunities to generate insights and improve renewal retention and new business outcomes.
  • •Design, build and manage reporting tools and dashboards for key UW performance metrics across channels, lines of business, countries and customer segments.
  • •Collaborate with data and analytics teams to connect and improve data insights across the business using tools like GPP, Neo, Insights360 and Data Lake.
  • •Champion data capabilities in Commercial Insurance Asia by training staff, promoting measurement best practices and supporting rollout of global tools.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data analytics or insights roles, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • •strong experience designing and delivering dashboards and reporting solutions for senior stakeholders
  • •proven ability to drive data-driven decisions through collaboration with underwriting and distribution teams
  • •expertise with data governance, data quality and data lineage in enterprise systems
  • •ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics requirements and deliver measurable impact
