Job Summary

Drive hardware reliability for AI, HPC, and enterprise server products by partnering with cross-functional engineering teams on design tradeoffs that improve reliability while balancing time-to-market, cost, manufacturability, and serviceability. Conduct reliability analyses to identify failure modes and impact, develop and execute validation protocols (including accelerated life, environmental, and stress testing), and lead root-cause investigations to implement corrective actions.

•Perform root cause analysis and partner with engineering teams to implement corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,000 - 225,500 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of related experience or equivalent skill.
•Demonstrated expertise in hardware reliability (e.g., electromechanical assemblies, data storage devices, air movers, direct contact liquid cooling cold plates, manifolds, coolant distribution units, power supplies, or similar).
•Strong analytical experience.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in areas such as Mechanical Engineering, Computer or Reliability Engineering (Electrical Engineering credentials also welcome).
