Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated expertise in hardware reliability (e.g., electromechanical assemblies, data storage devices, air movers, direct contact liquid cooling cold plates, manifolds, coolant distribution units, power supplies, or similar).
  • •Strong analytical experience.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in areas such as Mechanical Engineering, Computer or Reliability Engineering (Electrical Engineering credentials also welcome).
