Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop content strategies with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Publicity, Social, Product, and Content to meet title-specific creative needs.
  • •Use editorial and creative expertise to identify business opportunities through authentic visual storytelling and compelling photo/AV assets.
  • •Optimize the production cycle to meet creative requirements and ensure seamless communication from set to key stakeholders.
  • •Create engaging narratives by interviewing on-screen and off-screen talent to shape storylines that elevate campaigns.
  • •Read scripts to plan, hire, and supervise unit photographers and video crews for capturing the best on-set assets; support editorial photoshoots and events.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience as a content creator, creative producer, or art director in entertainment/lifestyle or a media outlet; marketing and/or PR experience is a plus.
  • •Strong creative eye and a deep understanding of visual storytelling for audience-first communication strategies.
  • •Experience and contacts in the photography and video industries in Korea, with working knowledge of digital media file specs and size formats.
  • •Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
  • •Business-level fluency in English is required.
