Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery workshops to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and data requirements.
  • •Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements for enterprise data products.
  • •Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Facilitate alignment among Business teams, Product Owners, data holders, Data Scientists, engineering, and architecture to deliver reusable, AI-ready data products.
  • •Perform detailed analysis of complex datasets and support data governance activities such as lineage, metadata, data quality validation, and root-cause analysis for discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •6-10 years of professional experience with at least 6 years hands-on business/data analysis experience.
  • •Strong hands-on SQL expertise.
  • •In-depth data governance & data management knowledge.
  • •Strong industry exposure in at least one of Investment/Asset Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management.
  • •Experience building, owning, and operating data products, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
