Key Responsibilities

•Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
•Suggestively sell beverages and menu items, and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
•Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications, abiding by control systems.
•Record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log and maintain sanitation standards.
•Perform opening/running/closing duties, prepare guest checks and process payments, and handle responsible alcohol service (ID checks and refusing intoxicated guests).

Key Requirements

•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) and state/county licensee/certification requirement.
•Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
•Cash handling experience and ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
•Physically able to pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill.
•Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork, including handling intoxicated guests in a safety-minded manner.
