Key Responsibilities

  • •Take technical and relationship ownership of the client portfolio, including maintaining strong client engagement.
  • •Perform strategic reviews with large/key account clients and provide tailored recommendations based on country-specific needs.
  • •Build client relationships through one-on-one calls and touchpoints throughout the year, responding to enquiries within agreed service levels (within 24 hours).
  • •Peer review reports and email wording for account managers, and work with finance to generate invoices and follow up on fee discussions.
  • •Support sales process and onboarding, maintain relationships with colleagues across the US, Canada, Ireland, and oversee account managers’ administration work.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in international employee benefits.
  • •Demonstrated ability managing senior client relationships.
  • •Extensive knowledge of technical details (country specifics, policy details, and multinational pooling).
  • •Strong critical thinking to translate complex global needs into practical solutions.
  • •A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
