Job Summary

Own visual merchandising execution at the Fashion Show store while partnering with the Visual and Operations Managers to drive store sales and maximize profitability. Lead daily floor readiness—shipment and receiving, product recovery and restock, floor set updates, and supply management—while planning visual changes with business needs in mind. Use reporting tools to identify product placement and stock opportunities, and coach Associates through recruitment, feedback, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment.
•Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and visual merchandising changes.
•Plan and execute visual direction from planning through meeting budgets, timelines, and company expectations.
•Partner with Operations and Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
•Provide coaching and direction to Associates, including recruitment and talent development.
