Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a Finance Business Partner for assigned IT functions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • •Analyze monthly financial results, investigate variances against budget and forecast, and communicate key findings to IT leadership.
  • •Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by providing financial guidance, analysis, and recommendations.
  • •Prepare and present monthly financial analyses, and develop and enhance financial reports, analyses, and KPI dashboards.
  • •Coordinate month-end close activities, including analysis, accrual reviews, and validation of results, while ensuring consistent financial reporting and governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 81,100 - 107,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, FP&A, or accounting.
  • •CPA designation or progress toward a CPA designation is considered an asset.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • •Bilingual (English and French) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
