Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and analyze new and revised accounting standards and technical accounting implications for business transactions
  • •Prepare technical accounting documentation for key areas such as stock compensation, hedging, segment reporting, leases, and asset impairments
  • •Monitor peer SEC disclosures, comment letters, and industry trends; recommend company responses
  • •Maintain and update the global accounting policy manual for changes in elections or standards
  • •Lead preparation and administration of global SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K/Q, Form 8-K, earnings releases, and proxy/401(k) processes
  • •Lead quarterly reporting deliverables with other teams, ensuring retention policy compliance and reconciliation controls

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (master's degree and active CPA license are a plus)
  • •3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience in financial statement prep and analysis and/or technical accounting compliance under SEC, US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX
  • •Experience with Hyperion/Oracle, SAP BPC, OneStream, or similar ERP systems
  • •Proficient in Microsoft applications and task management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
  • •Experience with public accounting firms or complex global public companies with $4B+ in annual revenues is a plus
