Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with operational leaders and legal team members to develop and maintain regulatory requirement subject-matter expertise and advise on process/control design, gaps, and remediation.
  • •Plan and execute operational compliance testing and monitoring to identify, evaluate, and report risks, non-compliance, inconsistencies, and process improvements.
  • •Gather, review, and validate information and testing documentation that supports risk coverage, risk assessment, external examinations, and other reviews.
  • •Escalate issues, identify root causes, collaborate on remediation actions, and summarize findings for executive reporting.
  • •Support compliance training and communications and mentor junior advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field.
  • •4+ years of compliance or audit experience, preferably in public accounting or large corporate internal audit/compliance; or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Detailed knowledge and prior experience with risk assessments, internal controls, root cause analysis, and compliance principles.
  • •Proven ability to work independently, build relationships, communicate clearly on complex issues, and balance multiple priorities.
