Job Summary

Certify and supervise Line Maintenance tasks for Air Arabia and third-party aircraft under CAR 66 B1 license, ensuring safety, airworthiness, and regulatory compliance. Lead task execution, inspections, defect rectification, and documentation, coordinating with Engineers and Technicians to maintain serviceability and reliability on the Airbus A320 fleet.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Review assigned task cards with the Maintenance Manager to understand work, priorities, documentation, and cautions before starting
•Prepare and perform scheduled aircraft maintenance per task cards, ensuring documentation, parts, tools and GSE are available
•Carry out aircraft tests and inspections to identify defects in accordance with procedures
•Troubleshoot and rectify defects per Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and Engineering instructions
•Sign off maintenance tasks within own authorisation, ensuring completion of task cards and documents
•Coordinate with other Engineers and Technicians to ensure proper handover and continuity of work

Key Requirements

•EASA Part 66 or GCAA CAR 66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance License (and ability to obtain unrestricted GCAA CAR 66 B1) on Airbus A320
•At least 2 years’ experience certifying maintenance on the Airbus A320 family
•At least 5 years’ experience in a Line Maintenance environment
•Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to a good standard for technical communications
•Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to obtain a UAE driving license
